UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

1.  Stone Quotes received from Coolspring Stone Supply ; Bullskin Stone & Lime ; Arcosa Aggregates ; Heidelberg Materials Northeast with Coolspring being the lowest quote.

NEW BUSINESS AND CORRESPONDENCE:

1. Looking to hire a summer employee at the rate of $15.00 per hour--must be 18 years old.

2.  Motion to put chip and seal projects out for bid.

Road master's Report

Pulled ditches on Cope Road

Took spreaders and plows off trucks

Pressure washed equipment

Cleaned up after wind damage

Trimmed low hanging trees on Cope Road

Had 3 slides – Braznell Hill Road, Zazado Road major slide, Zias Road

Cut grass and weed whacked in park and around building

Ground tree stumps in park

Cleaned the building for rentals

6 ft. pipe washed out on Lynn Bottom Road

Zazado and Lynn Bottom Roads closed

Need pipe work every where
